What data we may request
We don't always ask for everything: it depends on the business and the information available.
Identification (KYC/KYB)
Identity of the company, its directors and its beneficial owners.
Banking data
Statements or transactions of the business account.
Sales history
How and how much the business sells over time.
eCommerce & marketplace data
Sales and payouts from your online store or marketplace.
Payment processing data
Card or POS payments of the business.
Financial obligations
Other financing or commitments the business already has.
Why do we ask?
To verify who you are, understand the business, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and manage repayment.
Why we ask
Every piece of data has a purpose
We use your business information to decide whether funding makes sense, for what amount and on what terms. We also need it to verify identities, prevent fraud and money laundering and, if you sign, manage the agreed repayment.
We don't use your data for purposes other than those explained in the privacy policy.

Read-only access
You see and control every connection
In your dashboard, every data source is listed with its status: connected, needs reconnecting or not connected, plus the time of the last sync. You can disconnect it whenever you want.
Connections are being introduced in phases and use read-only access. In the meantime, you can share statements directly during the application. Read-only access cannot:
- Transfer money or create payments
- Change account settings
- Manage the business on your behalf

Processing in line with the GDPR
The data controller is FundRapido S.L. (tax ID B88785233), registered at Plaza Gal·la Placídia 11, Puerta 2, 08006 Barcelona. We process data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
The privacy policy sets out the purposes and legal bases, retention periods, the providers that process data on our behalf and, where applicable, international transfers.

Security questions
Is connecting my bank safe?
Read-only bank connections are being introduced. Once available, they are designed to view information without being able to move money or change anything in your account. In the meantime, you can share statements directly.
Can FundRapido move money from my account?
A read-only connection cannot move money. The agreed repayment is collected through the mechanism defined in the agreement, which you see and accept before signing.
What data do you see?
Only the information needed to assess and manage the funding: company details, identification, bank transactions or statements and sales data.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. A read-only connection can be revoked at any time. Note that, during the funding, some data may be needed to manage repayment under the agreement.
How do I exercise my data protection rights?
