Funding decisions based on the business you are actually running
We look at real operating information to understand whether the proposed funding is appropriate for the business. No endless business plans.
Connected sales analysis
The main factors
These are the aspects we analyse in every application.
| Factor | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Revenue consistency | How regular your sales are from one period to the next. |
| Revenue trend | Whether your sales are growing, stable or declining over recent months. |
| Trading history | How long the business has been trading. We require at least 6 months. |
| Cash flow | Money in and out: whether the business can comfortably handle repayment. |
| Existing obligations | Other financing or commitments the business already has. |
| Sector | The business activity and how its market behaves. |
| Concentration | Dependence on a single sales channel, customer or platform. |
| Fraud & verification | Checks on identity, ownership and data consistency. |
No single data point decides on its own
We do not approve a business because one metric looks strong, and we do not necessarily reject a business because one month was weaker. The assessment combines multiple factors and may include manual review.
The goal is for the funding to make sense for your business: an amount you can repay from your sales without putting your operations at risk.
We review your data
Sales, business account and business activity.
We combine factors
Consistency, trend, cash flow, obligations and more.
Manual review if needed
A team member analyses the cases that need it.
Clear decision
An offer with all the figures, or a high-level explanation if we can't make one.
Data: what we use and what we don't do
What data we use
- Company registration data
- Identification of the company and its owners (KYC/KYB)
- Bank statements or business account data
- Online, card or marketplace sales history
- Existing financial obligations
What we don't do
- We don't ask for a five-year business plan
- We don't decide on a single metric
- We don't take equity in your company
- We don't base the decision on future sales projections
- We don't oblige you to accept the offer
Transparency in every decision
If we can't make you an offer
We aim to give you useful high-level feedback where appropriate, while protecting fraud and risk controls. If your situation changes, for example more months of trading or higher sales, you can apply again.
Fast doesn't mean automatic
Technology lets us get the money into your account within 48 business hours of signing the contract, but every decision is a responsible one: if a case needs more context, a team member reviews it and may ask you for additional information.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a business plan?
No. We assess the business using its real operating data: sales, business account and history.
Does one bad month mean you'll decline me?
Not necessarily. We look at the overall trend and the combination of factors, not a single isolated period.
Which sectors can you fund?
We work with businesses registered in Spain with online and/or card sales. Sector is one of the factors we analyse; if in doubt, write to us.
How long does the assessment take?
It is fast: if approved, the money reaches your account within 48 business hours of signing the contract.
Why are you asking me for more information?
Because some data needs context or verification. We'd rather ask than decide without properly understanding the business.
Can I apply again if I don't get an offer?
Yes. If your situation changes, for example longer trading history or higher sales, you can apply again.
Does your business fit?
Check the requirements in a minute or apply directly.
