What it costs

One fee. Nothing else.

This is everything you pay, and everything you don’t.

Clear pricing

One fixed fee

It is set for your business after the assessment and you see it in the offer before you accept. You know the full cost from the start.

Every month a share of what you sell is deducted
Your sales that month What is deducted that month

Repayment runs on its own: each month the agreed share of your sales is deducted. If you sell less one month, you repay less that month.

What you pay

  • One fixed fee
  • A small share of your sales until the total is complete
  • You can repay early without any penalty; the fee does not change.

What you DON'T pay

  • No interest
  • No fixed instalments
  • No penalties

What can it be used for?

Three typical situations where funding based on your sales solves the problem without touching your cash.

Stock

Buy stock ahead of the season

Bring forward your inventory purchase without touching your cash and repay it with the sales that very stock generates.

For example, a fashion store with €22,000/month in sales could use €15,000 for the winter collection.

Marketplace

Bridge the marketplace payout gap

Marketplaces pay out your sales with a delay. If you need to restock before you get paid, you don't have to stop selling.

For example, a seller with €31,000/month in sales could use €20,000 to restock their main products.

Advertising

Scale a campaign that already works

If your campaigns are already profitable and budget is the only limit, bring the ad spend forward.

For example, a brand with €16,000/month in sales could use €10,000 to scale profitable campaigns.

FAQ

What everyone asks

Another question? Write to us or request a 15-minute call.

What exactly does it cost?

A fixed fee of between 6% and 10% of the contract amount. The exact percentage is set after we assess your business and you see it in your offer before accepting, so you know the full cost from the start. No interest, no fixed instalments, no penalties.

How do I repay?

With a small share of your sales, deducted automatically until the agreed total is complete. No transfers to make, nothing to remember. If you sell less one month, you pay less that month.

What if I sell less one month?

You pay less, automatically, because the payment is a share of what you sell. It will take a little longer to complete the total, but the total does not change: no surcharges, no late interest, no penalties.

How long does it take?

Applying takes about 5 minutes. If approved, you get the money in your account within 48 business hours of signing the contract.

Is it a loan?

It is not a bank loan: it is a cuentas en participación (participation account) agreement under articles 239–243 of the Spanish Commercial Code. FundRapido contributes capital to your business and shares in its results. FundRapido is not a CIRBE reporting entity, so the transaction is not reported to CIRBE.

Am I personally liable?

You are not personally liable if the business simply sells less than expected. The director is only liable in case of fraud, concealed revenue or false information; the exact conditions are in the agreement.
